The principal
Ryan Pritchard
Pritchard Partners is a single-principal practice by design. The person you speak to is the person who does the work — no handover, no delegation to someone more junior. When a mandate calls for greater capacity, Ryan draws on a trusted network of senior associates who meet his standard, and he leads the engagement throughout.

Professional biography
In full.
Ryan Pritchard is an executive coach and leadership advisor who works with senior leaders in private equity, investment management, banking and professional services. Over eighteen years he has partnered with more than twenty organisations across thirteen sectors, from boutique investment houses and portfolio companies through to global institutions.
His work covers four areas: 1:1 executive coaching for partners, directors, CEOs and CFOs; leadership team development and facilitation for boards, investment committees and executive teams; the design and delivery of leadership programmes built around live business challenges; and consulting on culture and performance. The common thread is practical, behaviour-led change rather than theory — outcomes are agreed at the outset and reviewed throughout the engagement.
He is accredited to ICF European Masters standard and trained at Henley Business School. Clients describe a style that is collaborative and supportive but direct in substance: he creates enough psychological safety for the real conversation to happen, then holds senior leaders to a high standard against what they said they would do. He works with clients across Greater London, the Thames Valley, Oxford, the Midlands and Greater Manchester.
